Pivot DFS ("Pivot") is run by Pivot Sports Technology LLC ("we"). By using Pivot, you agree to these terms.

What Pivot is

Pivot is a research and lineup-building tool for daily fantasy football. It is for information and entertainment.

Pivot does not take entries, hold money or run contests. Any contests you enter are with the contest operator, under their rules.

No guarantees

Projections, ownership estimates, ratings and lineups are estimates. Real results will differ, sometimes a lot. Pivot does not promise winnings, and you are responsible for your own decisions and entries.

Data such as odds, injuries, weather and salaries comes from outside sources and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Always check before a contest locks.

Play responsibly

You must be 18 or older, or the minimum age to play daily fantasy sports where you live if that is higher. Only play where it is legal. Set a budget you can afford to lose.

Not affiliated

Pivot is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DraftKings, the NFL, any NFL team or any data provider. Team and company names are used only to identify them.

Your account

Keep your password private and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse Pivot or break these terms, without a refund.

Plans, renewal and canceling

• Plans. A plan gives full access while it's active. Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page and again before you pay. A first-period price is once per person. You pay the price shown before you pay, plus any sales tax that applies.
• Renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period and charge the card on file the plan’s regular price (after any first-period price) until you cancel. We show this at checkout and in each receipt.
• End of the season. Plans stop on their own after the season ends (for the NFL, after the Super Bowl), so you're not charged in the offseason. To use Pivot next season, you choose a plan again.
• Canceling. You can cancel anytime in the app's Settings, or by emailing support@pivotdfs.com. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. By choosing a plan, you authorize the charges described here.
• No refunds. Plans are non-refundable, including partial periods, except where the law requires a refund. If you're charged by mistake, email support@pivotdfs.com and we'll fix it.
• Price changes. We may change prices. We'll tell you before a change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.
• One person per plan. A plan is for one person's account.
• If we end Pivot. If we stop offering Pivot, we'll refund the unused part of your current period.

Fair use of the app

Please don't misuse Pivot: no scraping, overloading the service, reverse engineering, or reselling its data or projections.

Ownership

Pivot's software, design, projections, ownership estimates, boards and written content, and the Pivot DFS name and logo, belong to Pivot Sports Technology LLC. Using Pivot gives you the right to use the app under these terms and nothing more. Don't copy them or use them to build a competing product.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop Pivot or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Pivot means you accept the update.

Limitation of liability

Pivot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pivot Sports Technology LLC is not liable for any losses, including contest entry fees or lost winnings, that come from using the app or relying on its information.
